You will need the right products. I put together a kit you can purchase here.
And you will need to use them. Make it a daily ritual!
• Basically you want to start with a good face wash, and if you wear makeup you will want to do a double cleanse. Take your time doing this and make sure your face is truly clean
• Toner/Treat - this step can be done all over or in just the areas with acne
• Moisturize
• Once to two times a week mask. I love this product! Mix with a little water, spread on and leave on for 10 minutes. Then wash away. Can also be used as a spot treatment.
• Want to take it to the next level, get the Beauty Wand to add in light therapy treatments and calm inflammation.
There are a few supplements to add to you daily routine:
Probiotics
B Complex
Fish Oil or other Omega rich oil
Zinc
And WATER! Drink lots of water!

I often get asked "How do I wash my makeup brushes"?
The best thing to do for washing your make up brushes is to use a very gentle cleanser, kind of like you're shampooing them. It helps to have a silicone brush or mat to rub them against, see below. Rinse them out very well, rub or squeeze them on a towel very gently to get the excess water out but to keep the original shape. Reshape them and lay them flat to dry, I use a special drying rack that I have dedicated to this but even just on the edge of a table is good, so they are sort of hanging off.

So many people ask me what order to put skincare on in. My quick answer as a rule of thumb is to place the thinnest product on first and the thickest on last.
So serums first and creams last. And SPF is always last before makeup.
Daytime Skincare Routine Order:
• Soothe Essence Serum
• C Serum
• Moisturizer
• Eye Cream
• SPF
• Primer
• Foundation
It’s sort of thinnest to thickest as a rule of thumb, but the primer definitely goes over everything else along with the foundation. Think of it as locking in your skincare.
Evening Skincare Routine Order:
• Soothe Essence Serum
• Retinol (every other day or two)
• Beauty Oil
• Moisturizer
• Eye Cream

I was recently asked by a client and highlighter recommendations and it turned out I had a lot to say, so I decided to turn it into a full post to share the info far and wide. The first I recommend is the one on that Fox & Doll Approved List, the Lune + Aster Real Glow Primer.
